What software do I need?

The starter packs use browser-based HTML tools and editable text files. Open HTML files in a modern browser; use the print option for paper or PDF. Text templates can be copied into Word or Google Docs. No paid software is required.

Can I use the files on my phone?

You can read the guides and use the free tools on a phone. Downloading and managing a ZIP folder is easier on a computer. The sample lets you check compatibility before buying.

What if my payment is delayed?

Keep the order page open and use “Check payment”. Do not pay again while the first payment is pending. Downloads unlock only after verification.

Can I share or resell the pack?

You may adapt it for your own use within one business. Redistribution, resale and sharing paid files publicly are not included.

Help, refunds and privacy

If a file is missing, damaged or different from its description, support details will be available before checkout opens. Duplicate confirmed payments should be reported with the order reference. Refund requests are reviewed against the actual delivery issue; this does not limit applicable consumer rights.
